Grade 1 placed PACHATTACK started her 2012 season in winning fashion when taking the Grade 3 DoubleDogDare Stakes at Keeneland for her new connections. Sold last year at Fasig-Tipton November sales by Gerard Butler for $1.2 million ($270,000 yearling purchase) to the Niarchos Family, she is now trained by Graham Motion. Hopefully she can win a Grade 1 before retiring to her owners stud.
BEYOND DESIRE looks to have bright season ahead of her when taking the Listed Lansdown Fillies Stakes at Salisbury over 5 furlongs. She is out of broodmare purchase Compradore. The simply named but exciting 3 year old prospect, UP, was an encouraging third in the Group 3 Leopardstown 1,000 Guineas Trial over 7 furlongs. Her dam, Halland Park Lass, was a cheap broodmare purchase, who is looking sensational having already produced Group 1 winner & successful sire, Dutch Art. Yearling selection ST MORITZ was third in the Listed Doncaster Mile Stakes to add to his Black Type record.
Aislabie Stud is flat-out with mares foaling and going off to visit stallions. Its very satisfying to have so many confirmed in-foal and to see the young foals developing.
