Broodmare Success for OSL courtesy of Galashiels

Galashiels won the Listed Grand Prix De Clairefontaine in good style on Sunday at Clairefontaine (France), taking his record to three wins from four runs and leaving the promise of greater things to come. Galashiels dam, Glenmayne, was purchased by Oliver St. Lawrence as a broodmare prospect for Tim & Jill Bostwick of Biddestone Stud in his capacity as their bloodstock advisor. She has a gorgeous Le Havre filly heading to Tattersalls Book 1 this year.

Pure Dignity gave a small glimpse of her ability when winning the Time Test Novice Stakes at Newmarket. Purchased by OSL at 2020 Arqana, she’s regally bred and we’re very excited to see what she can achieve going forward.

Rocket Rodney ran a fantastic race to back up his Win in the Listed Dragon Stakes at Sandown by coming second in the Group 3 Molecomb Stakes at Glorious Goodwood. The son of Dandy Man, purchased privately by OSL, has bags of speed and will be a force to be reckoned with wherever he goes.

There’s also a lot to look forward to in the coming weeks, the feature being the return of the Coventry winner & Europe’s highest rated 2yo in Bradsell, who will be running in the Group 1 Phoenix Stakes at the Curragh on Saturday. We also have many of our 2yo’s ready to hit the track and a strong strike rate for OSL purchased horses, long may the success continue!
